Who Shot JFK?

What a great start to our topic on America. On the first afternoon, the children in Class 11 were greeted to a crime scene where a cut out had been placed with clues scattered around the room. In  groups, the children looked and analysed the clues, trying to work out who killed JFK. The children were captivated in the lesson (hopefully the photographs show this) and was a great start to our new topic.

We then had a great session  when we looked at key American cities. We located them on a map and used the written clues to then link the some pictures with the city. We had a great lesson and found out how some of the cities vary.
